"Connecting to Your Heart" Social Picnic

JWF will be hosting an event to help women connection more to their hearts whilst enjoying a picnic together in Battersea Park. This event will include: a guided meditation on heart chakra opening, the HEART method of practicing self love, and a facilitated discussion around the importance of Community. Picnic food (GF and Vegan will be available) and soft drinks will be provided on the day but feel free to bring your own if you want anything specific. Participants will need to bring their own picnic blankets or mats along to sit on.

11-11:15am Arrive and settle down

11:15-11:30am Intros (I'm thinking: Name, favourite park in London, intention for the day) 

11:30-12 Heart chakra opening Meditation facilitated by Justine H Blanchard 

12-12:15 Practising Self Love through HEART with Janette Wong 

12:15-1pm Facilitated discussion around the importance of Community + picnic

Ticket price includes food, soft drinks, and all proceeds from the event goes as donations to JWF to help support and empower more vulnerable women and children.
